Shipping policy

 

We ship New Zealand-wide and aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 working days after payment is received.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

• North Island: Aim 1–3 working days.
• South Island: Aim 2–5 working days.
• Rural addresses: Please allow an extra 1–3 working days.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and shown before payment is completed.

Please ensure your delivery details are correct when ordering, as we cannot be responsible for parcels delayed or lost due to incorrect addresses.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or busy periods.
